I want to purchase one of your Design Packages. What do I need to provide?
You need to have your own subdomain or domain name. My themes won’t work on a WordPress.com or Blogger.com blog, except for the Blogger Template Design Package. Additionally, you need to have that (sub)domain hosted on a server capable of running WordPress. You will need to provide me with your FTP username and password so I can install WordPress and upload your theme. You will also need to create a database to run WordPress in. If you can’t do this, I can do it for you, but you will need to provide me with the username and password to access your control panel. If you choose the Blogger Template Design Package, all you need is a blogger.com or blogspot.com blog. If you don’t have one yet, I can set one up for you.
What is included in the Blogger Template Design Package?
I will make a custom blogger template for your blog, complete with custom header and background design. Additionally, you will receive a matching blog button. Homepage, blog posts and pages wil be styled. I will also install the template on your website.
What is included in the Design Packages?
This really differs from package to package. For starters, I will install WordPress on your server, or update any existing versions. I will also install any required plugins or databases. I will design a custom theme for you in Photoshop, configure it into a WordPress theme and install the theme on your website. All packages come with a custom matching button, in standard 125x125px format. This button will match the design of your header. If you acquire any package larger than the “Basic” Design Package however, you will get three buttons. Your homepage, blog posts and pages will be styled, but there will only be one page style, namely the “About” page style, like in most WordPress themes. I will not add any custom page styles in the “Basic” Package. The “Deluxe” Package has three custom page styles though.
What is the difference between the “Basic” and the “Deluxe” Design Package?
As the title suggests, The “Basic” Design Package gives you everything basic. A basic WordPress installation, and a basic yet custom-made theme. You will not get anything fancy like tabbed widgets, a custom latest tweet widget, fancy navigation drop-down menus, featured post sliders and other custom made widgets. With The “Deluxe” Design Package, you will get what would be described as a Premium WordPress theme, complete with all these options, but on top of that it’s custom made especially for you. Additionally you will also receive a contact form page with a styled contact form, a sitemap and a custom 404 Errror Page.
Tell me more about the WordPress Shop Design.
The WordPress Shop Design Package is ideal for people who want to run a shop using WordPress as a platform. I can set up your shop, even include some items already and design your WordPress theme complete with custom shop logo. All necessary icons to run a shop properly (e.g. visa card, shopping cart, etc.) are included in the design as well. Once everything is up and running, I will give you a brief training session of how to upload items to your shop and how to maintain your shop.
What are the benefits of a “The Author Deluxe” Package?
This is the perfect package for an author. Honestly, it’s everything an author could dream of. Custom made Deluxe WordPress theme design, with featured sliders, fancy drop-down menus, custom styled widgets and custom page styles. I will design a header that fits your books, a book cover for your latest release and a personalized promo banner you can put on your website or use to promote your book on social networks or other websites. On top of that, I will set you up with a Google+ account and Facebook page with banners matching your new WordPress theme design. If you don’t have one already, I will create a Twitter account for you as well. Like that wasn’t enough to boost your book promotions tremendously, this package also includes one month of free advertising on I Heart Reading. Since this website receives 200-500 unique visitors a day, that means that every single day at least 200 people will see your website/book banner on there. And, because I love all authors wholeheartidly, I have added yet another surprise to this package. If you purchase a “The Author Deluxe” Package now, you will get an additional book tour for your latest release/preferred book as well. For free. The Book Tour package you will receive is called “The Frog” Tour Package. It involves a week long tour with at least 5 stops, a personalized post at Enchanted Book Promotions and a tour banner. The “The Author Deluxe” Package is definitely worth your time and money, since it combines both the benefits of a new custom made, professional website design with having a new, grogeous book cover, social media promotion and a book tour.
Can I schedule additional services with my Design Package?
Of course you can! We have Design A La Carte Services as well, such as meme badges, challenges badges, blog buttons, promo banners, header design, logo design and avatar design. Do you offer support afterwards?
Yes. I offer one month of theme support after I’ve installed your new custom WordPress theme. You can get in touch with me via email and I’ll try to get back to you with a possible solution as soon as possible. Additionally, if the problem occuring is difficult to solve, we can talk via Skype as well. If you still want/need support after this initial month, you need to purchase one of my support packages. They come as cheap as $25 and last an entire month. You can order them on the Purchase a Support Package page.
How many revisions do I get when I don’t like the initial design?
You get two revision rounds. After you told me your preferences, I will start making a WordPress Theme for you. When I show you the initial theme in a psd file or as a demo, you can tell me what parts you still want changed. These can be large alterations. Next, I will change whatever you indicated and show you the theme again. In this second round of revisions, I won’t do anymore large changes. I won’t turn the entire header image upside down and start from scratch again, for example. But I will tweak the little details you still want changed. Since you get two revision rounds, it’s very important that you think beforehand on what you want in your design.

What payment methods do you accept?
I accept payment via Paypal only. In the Purchase a Design Package form, there is a field in which you are asked to leave your Paypal address. When I get back to you on your project by mail, I will tell you my paypal address. I will only begin working on your website design once payment is made.
Will my design be used anywhere else than on my own website?
No, of course not. All my designs are unique and custom-made. Your design will be placed on your website only. However, a screenshot of the design may be placed as an example here on Enchanted Book Promotions and on my webdesign portfolio, linking back to your website. But it will never be used in a premade theme or in somebody else’s theme.
